EVENT UPDATE NO. 6 - Lodging for the 2018 Solar Car Challenge
Attached is a list of suggested lodging opportunities for the 2018 Solar Car Challenge. (1) Special arrangements have been made with these listed hotels to provide your team a better room rate. You are definitely NOT required to stay in these hotels. This is your choice. (2) It is the responsibility of each solar car team to make their own individual lodging and financial arrangements. If you plan to take advantage of the room blocks provided by the Solar Car Challenge, you must make your arrangements no later than June 1, 2018. (3) Please do not overbook rooms. This might deny another team necessary lodging. (4) Team Advisers are responsible for the conduct of their team both during the Race and at the Hotel. Poor team conduct at the hotels will result in that team being disqualified from the Race. Attachment:
